It is POURING here...the RAIN will NOT stop!

I thought if I could just have one of these hats to

wear it would HELP the Rain go away...ok, I guess

not, but it sure wouldn't hurt!  Aren't these oh so...

No sun today...we've had our 3 allotted days of Spring.

We certainly wouldn't want to  be greedy!

what is going on with this weather?  

I say it's Global Warming...

too many strange things happening with our weather 

these days to not consider it!

Today...I'm getting my portfolios ready for the SHOW...

having fun & getting anxious for this event to start.

3 weeks & I'm off...Las Vegas or Bust!

The sun is shining...and the flowers are 

 beaming...and the birds are singing~like divas!  

There is no day like today...remember...
this day only comes to you once!

BASIC GREEN!

Today is the day to 'refresh' my thinking
& get into all that's 'green'...

since everything is SOOOO

GREEN outside...what with ALL the wetness.  

Still wearing a coat here...

gotta LOVE it...go NUTS or RUST!

OOH...LA...LA...

...thinking of a carefree Spring day in Paris...I head to the 6th Arroindissment,Rive Gauche...the center of intellectual & artistic life in Paris.  

I find myself a little neighborhood Bistro

& take a seat at an outside table,

order a glass of vin, relax & take in the amazing view

that is on parade going past me!

I start to sketch some of the fabulous people

& things around me...

I strike up a conversation with a couple beside me...

we all decide that being on Holiday 

should be 'mandatory'!

Ahhh...it's all coming back to me...

the 'sights' are truly inspiring!

PARIS...I'm coming...soon.

Okay...back to reality...the drawing board.

Maybe I'll just sketch things that are French today.

Yup...I've gotten some of my designs done up in FABRICS!  

WHEE!!!  It was so exciting to see that package from UPS on tuesday...

it had my latest addition~FABRICS! Now I'm having everything from...

tote bags to place mats sewn up for the Big Show. 
Thank goodness for a 'sister' that sews! 
This is the last of the stuff that has to be done~

so with only about 3 weeks left before we hit the road...
to VEGAS BABY! ...things are going smoothly!
